Quote:

I am a son of the Greek people, but a son of my love to Macedonia, also.
- Elias Petropulos

* Elias Petropulos was a Greek writer and a publicist, a humanist and a human rights fighter. Due his human rights activity the Military Junta of Greece used to sentence him to prison. During the last three decades he lived in exile in France, where he died last month. Petropulos employed that Greece recognize Macedonia under it’s proper name.

He’s been known as a great friend of the Macedonian people.
