 Education for Albanian WomenThe Albanian Women Association “Perspective” from Skopje has awarded the diplomas for completing four-year primary education to 39 Albanian women from Skopje, at the Primary school “Ilirija”, where most of the women spent the course.

Auction of gifts for the SOS phoneThe Women Association “Bisera” from Ohrid have provided in a very creative way some of the things necessary for the functioning of the SOS telephone line for women and children-victims of violence. This association, under the patronage of REC and the ISC, organized an auction at the Ohrid Hotel “Park” in July. Gifts, donated by other NGOs from Macedonia, citizens and businessman, were being sold at the auction. All those who bought tickets for a symbolic price had the right to participate, and the money from the tickets went to the SOS telephone line.
