One person, one vote – is only education enough?
When we talk about citizen’s right to vote, we think of a legally guaranteed right. A process when every voter appears at the polling station and by his own will and persuasion votes, that is, supports one of the proposed candidates to perform certain function. At that, he/she can choose to vote for neither of them. Certainly by his/her own persuasion the citizen might not appear at the polling station and not use his/her vote.

Avoiding is also a way of negotiating
There are often conflict situations within an organization, in the relations with other organizations and individuals out of it and the manager is forced to solve them. Most often conflict situations occur in the process of making decisions, negotiating with associates about the salary, reaching agreements about sale of the organization’s products/services, when negotiating with the government for certain benefits for the organization etc.

South Africa
After the apartheid – reconciliation of the nation
The study visit to South Africa was part of the programme Pages for mutual understanding, which is published every Thursday on the page “Megjutoa” in the daily newspapers “Dnevnik”, “Utrinski Vesnik” and “Facti”, as well as in the weekly magazine “Lobby”. Representatives from MCIC and the Journalists Association of Macedonia had the opportunity to get familiar with the way of reporting in South Africa, the functioning of both, the printed and the electronic media, to find out how the reconciliation process is going on and how the media contribute to it, and of course, get to know part of Africa and its inhabitants.
