Joint action of SOZM and UNHCR
Money from the Vasilica Cocktail for the psychiatric hospital - Negorci
The National Macedonian Women Council, together with UNHCR, organized the traditional Vasilica Cocktail on 14 January at the psychiatric hospital, Negorci, Gevgelija. The event animated the human citizens and institutions to donate money for the hospital. In this occasion, the patients at the hospital were donated packages with bed sheets, pyjamas and items of clothing.
At another event, the Christmas Bazaar, which took place on 20-21 December 2006, about 53 000 denars were collected for the hospital in Negorci.
The action for raising money will last for a year, and the money can be paid into the following open giro accounts:
