 Human Resources ManagementWith the termination of the Human Resources Management Course, participants will be able to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the organization and be able to identify which aspects of human resources need to be developed in their organization. Trainings
"Peace building, conflict transformation and post-war reconstruction, reconciliation and decision-making" is a five-day intense training/workshop (exploring all three phases of violence and war - pre-violence, violence and post-violence - and what can be done) for the advanced experts, help and help and development workers, international diplomats, national and local politicians.
