The Money from the Christmas Gifts for Humanitarian Purposes

The association of women-foreigners who stay and work in Macedonia, organizes the traditional annual Christmas humanitarian sales in December. This year, it took place at the “Alexander Palace” Hotel and it was smaller than the previous ones.

However, about ten stalls with traditional items and Christmas decorations from Poland, Germany, Canada, Austria and other countries, were visited by many people from Skopje and by the foreign citizens working and living in Skopje. The stall which exhibited hand-made items, done by this association’s members attracted special attention. The money from this humanitarian exhibition, like every year, were given in humanitarian purposes – for the supply of hearing devices for the deaf children. The money will be awarded to the Hearing-impaired institute from Skopje.
