Living Heritage
The KThe Open Society Institute Macedonia Foundation in cooperation with the Belgian foundation King Baudouin, continues the “Living Heritage” program with the aim encouraging the development of small municipalities through mobilizing the local resources, especially in the field of cultural, historic and natural heritage.
This program includes several small towns and villages from Macedonia (with less than 25,000 inhabitants), and the idea is the put all cultural, historic and natural heritage into future function – for developing certain crafts, reviving the traditional values, such as old crafts or the eco-tourism.
The projects will be conducted within a year’s time.
