Public debate
The Law on civic associations and foundations
On 13 February this year in Skopje, the Foundation Open Society Institute – Macedonia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia, organized a public debate on the proposal for passing the Law on changes and amendments of the Law on civic associations and foundations.
The facilitator was Mrs. Meri Mladenovska – Gjorgievska, after whom followed Mrs. Zagorka Tnokovska – manager of the Public Administration, Electoral System and Administrative Competences Sector at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia, and PhD Borce Davitkovski from the Faculty of Law “Justinian The First” in Skopje.
The goal of the public debate was to discuss and comment on the proposal-changes of the Law, in the direction of its improving before it is submitted to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.
