Petition

Medjashi against the Party for Brotherly Love, Freedom and Diversity

The First Children’s Embassy in the World – Medjashi, has supported the Dutch organization for children’s protection – “Foundation Profit for the World’s Children” and their action to collect signatures for petition against the Party for Brotherly Love, Freedom and Diversity, legalized by the court in Netherlands. The members of the Embassy have expressed their opinion in the public in written form, saying that the party that represents pedophiles’ interests is a danger to every society’s security, especially for children’s security.

“We consider the program objectives of this party, which support lowering the legal age limit at children for sexual intercourse, legalization of children’s pornography, even legal presentation and promotion of violent pornography, to be contrary to the spirit of the Convention on Child’s Rights Protection. The Party’s efforts to enable children at the age of 16 deal with prostitution and take part in pornographic movies is contrary to the Convention on Ban of the Worst Forms of Abuse of Children’s Labor No. 182, passed at the International Labor’s Organization Conference. It was ratified by Holland in 2002, and so far it has been ratified by 161 countries, including Macedonia” – is stated, among the other things, in the address, also mentioning that in Article 3 of the Convention, the use, production and offering children for prostitution, for production of pornography, is defined as one of the most dangerous forms of children’s labor abuse.

Medjashi thinks that the Dutch government should keep the doors closed in front of manipulation of children’s rights and it should not allow legalization of one of the most dangerous acts against children’s rights (sexual abuse/pedophilia), directly related to abuse, and very little to sexual freedom.
