"Dutch Environmental NGOs got to Court"

The Dutch organization Milieukontakt Oost Europa within the campaign for Arhus Convention implementation in the Republic of Macedonia has published the book "Dutch environmental NGOs got to court - An example for the Central and Eastern European NGOs". The book presents several examples of lawsuits conducted in Holland for problems related to the environment that could be more or less applicable in the Central and Eastern European region.  



... And "Approach to Justice - how does it Function?"

Milieukontakt Oost Europa has also published the book "Approach to justice on the environmental questions - How does it function into practice? The book is a research done by Alaina Busimovoc, student at the European Post-graduate studies in managing the environment.
In this book, the scientific education and research are combined with the practical professional experience in this area.
