Simon Vizental Centre
Let's not rehabilitate the Nazis
The Simon Vizental Centre from Vienna, warns about the growing anti-Semitism and other types of Nazism in Europe. The Centre, named after the famous fighter for holocaust victims' rights, whose consequences he himself felt most severely, appeals that Europe does not allow any reoccurrence of this evil within its borders.
The Centre also takes concrete steps for stopping the rehabilitation of the Nazis from the Second World War. Recently, he expressed a harsh criticism at the Romanian Government and lobbied at the Supreme Court of this country to withdraw the resolution for rehabilitation of the Nazis and the criminals from the World War II like Radu Dinulesku and George Petresku. According to the Centre, the resolution for such rehabilitations can only be brought by the European Human Rights Court.
