Political rights for the Romas

The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) has published an analysis on "Roma rights-political rights on its web-site www.errc.org. that refers to several documents- the evaluation made by the National Democratic Institute for political participation of Romas in the three future member-states of the European Union - Bulgaria, Romania and Slovakia to the report regarding the Roma participation in this field in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, as well as to several other reports and analyses that can be read on the ERRC web-site.

The general evaluation is that Romas, from various reasons, do not realize their right for participation enough, among which is the participation in the political life.
