 Full stem ahead into new art initiativesThe centre for new initiatives in art and culture - "Locomotive", is a new association that will be active in several fields: visual and media arts, modern dance and art management. "Locomotive" was founded, as its members say, "with an aim to create space and conditions for development of the independent art scene, to integrate young art potentials, to realize the new initiatives and ideas through its programmes and activities in the form of education, production and presentation on national and international level".
