BRAIN DRAIN Stop the Brain Drain“Brain Drain” is a database for all citizens from the Republic of Macedonia who: completed their studies at foreign universities out of Macedonia, and/or are presently working abroad after they completed their university education in the Republic of Macedonia” – this can be read in the leaflet published within the “Brian Drain” project that has been carried out by the Foundation Open Society Institute Macedonia. The aim of this project, which is one of its kind in Macedonia, is to record the intellectual capacity of the Macedonia citizens, especially younger people that can be placed in the “brain drain” category.
