Environmental democracy

The Parents Association for Healthy Offspring Care from Veles, with support from the British Embassy in Macedonia, is carrying out the project "Environmental Democracy for Veles". The goal of this project is to initiate changes and amendments of laws that regulate the health protection of all citizens, with special emphasis on the environment and the environmental protection of children especially.

This association will propose measures for providing material assets from the Environmental Fund for the rehabilitation of chronically ill children of diseases caused from polluted environment, as well as their diagnosis and healing. An Interactive Center for education, informing and counseling in the field of children health protection was open within the project.
