Out of the Circle

The Foundation for Education and Cultural Initiatives "Step by Step", started the campaign "Out of the Circle". Its goal is to raise the public awareness on the condition of children facing social exclusion and other types of discrimination.

The campaign started with a meeting of about 250 children from the rural areas and 12 organizations that will implement the campaign together with "Step by Step". At the meeting, the needs of children living in poverty and social exclusion were presented in front of the authorities. At the same time, an exhibition of children drawings and other children works was organized. The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, Mr. Jovan Manasievski and the Executive Director of the Foundation Open Society Institute Macedonia, Mr. Vladimir Milcin spoke at the meeting.

The campaign is financially supported by FOSIM, the Foundation King Boduen from Belgium and UNICEF.
