Publications   We learn the law  The Foundation Open Society Institute – Macedonia has published the second revised edition of the guide “We learn the law”. Its goal is to introduce the young people to the basic democratic values which modern legal systems are based on.      After 15 years of transition – from stabilization to civic participation    The Macedonian Center for International Cooperation has published the research called Civil Society Index in the Republic of Macedonia (IGO) which was part of the international action-research project coordinated by CIVICUS, The World Civil Participation Alliance. “After 15 years of transition – from stabilization to civic participation” is the title of the Macedonian report. IGO has given the Macedonian society an excellent opportunity for an informed debate. The research has introduced and popularized the civil society concept in Macedonia and contributed towards establishing new networks and joint activities. IGO has also set the foundations for a common strategy for civil society development in Macedonia, in which all social groups – civil society actors, the government, the donors and the public will play their role.
