"Synergy" - Stip   Bringing together creative energies  The association for humanitarian activities "Synergy" was established at the end of last year in Stip by group of enthusiasts under the motto "Let our deeds speak louder than words". As the name of this association shows, their goal is to bring together positive creative energy in order to accomplish the organization's goals. And 'Synergy" goals are: developing and humanization of relations among social groups, realizing humanitarian activities, finding mechanisms for accomplishing women and children rights, encouraging the intercultural cooperation and promoting the culture of living. In order to accomplish these goals, the "Synergy" organization planned activities such as: help and humanitarian relations, enabling marginalized groups of citizens for their engagement in the public life; solving the conflicts and violence in the schools; strengthening the relations between the citizens and the community, local, public and private sector; encouraging the creativity, socialization and mutual respect among children; reduction of poverty and establishing a network for global action for peace and international cooperation. For the Christmas holidays, the association organized humanitarian action for children without parents, sponsored by companies and citizens from Stip, followed by the association's promotion on 9 January 2003. The first project of this association is "Psychosocial reintegration of children without parents", supported by OSIMF in the programme Art for Social Change. The basic goal of this project is to create positive changes in the children awareness, developing the humanity through artistic creation and socialization of children. The target group are the children from the elementary schools "Vanco Prke", "Goce Delcev" and "Tosho Arsov" from Stip, whose life has written a play, a tragedy, each sad and painful in its own way. The implementation of this project started in the month of March and it will be end by the middle of June 2003. The project's motto is "Life goes on  - smile". For the Women's' Day, the organization Synergy, under the patronage of the Stip Mayor, organized a social event with the target group children mothers.   M.I.
