Schools renovations The Primary School “Goce Delcev” in Vasilevo has been given central heating A new system of central heating has been installed and put into use in the primary school ‘Goce Delcev’ in the municipality of Vasilevo. The funds in the amount of 40 thousand dollars were provided by the US Agency for International Development – USAID. ‘Even though we are a small municipality, our children achieve great results. Installation of this heating system is of great importance to our municipality and the initiative for maintenance and improvement of our school. As many times so far, we would not have been able to implement this project, if we had not had the support of the American people and USAID, who always invest in the most important parts of our society’, said the mayor of Vasilevo, Slave Hristov. The renovation of the school in Vasilevo is a part of the USAID project for primary education, according to which 100 primary schools will have been renovated by 2011.
