South Africa Goals for a millennium development   At the South African Civic Associations Forum that took place this summer in Johannesburg, Neville Gabriel presented a document called "Goals for a millennium development: civil society perspectives within the poverty reduction strategies in South Africa". The document suggests how can this gaols be integrated in the existing campaigns of the civic associations.
