Allowed entry for the Greek Cyprians

For the first time in history, Turkey allowed for the Greek Cyprians to enter its territory. This, as the Turkish Prime Minister, Redzen Taip Erdogan declared is a guest of good will towards the Greek Cyprus government, which the Turkish government does not recognize.

Greek Cyprians will be able to visit Turkey for the first time in 40 years. So far, entry in Greece was allowed only to the Greek Cyprians who were attending international meetings and events.
