ROMANIA New Report on Philanthropy in Romania   Allavida and the Association for Community Relations (ARC) have published a research report titled “Trends in Romanian Philanthropy”. The report is based on extensive research into the current state of indigenous philanthropy in Romania, considering both the corporate sector and individual contributions. Findings are based on public opinion polls and a series of interviews with businesses and NGOs.
