Mobimak Foundation Contributing to the society is their primary orientation Mobimak Foundation is one of the first in the country whose founder is the business company Mobimak, which is continuously oriented towards giving contribution to the society where it acts. Such an orientation initiated the creation of the foundation whose one-year existence was marked under the motto "A year of humanity in practice". In the Macedonian public the foundation became known by supporting a number of activities that influence the development of the civil society today, and people in the foundation hope that their example will encourage other foundations of this kind to be created. "We welcome every well-intentioned cooperation, support, or proposal for the benefit of everyone", says Svetlana Petrovska, president of the Foundation whose beneficiaries are legal and physical entities who apply with projects that are supposed to be in accordance with its programme goals and tasks, formed in cooperation with a consulting body. In accordance with the mission for supporting the society in various fields of its development, the Foundation generates investments for different programmes, according to the positioned strategy for encouraging and involving the business-sector for more investments in projects of social interest. The money from the Mobimak Foundation are directed towards the development of culture, education, health care, environment, sport, humanitarian activities, and in the public the Foundation is known by supporting the projects for forestation, printing the Mother Theresa autobiography, providing computer equipment for the Centre for rehabilitation of the speech, hearing and voice from Skopje through the project for providing ramps for the handicapped, realization of appropriate lectures at schools within the project for development of healthy individuals, support to the Lung Diseases Clinic  - Kozle in Skopje by organizing a number of New Year manifestation for children, as well as music festivals, sports activities, art colonies, etc. In its biography, Mobimak Foundation has marked the support of the cultural centres in the towns where certain activities aimed for the young people take place, especially in the field of education, culture, productive fun and socialization. It also awards scholarships to children and young people who show exceptional talent and supports the discovery, protection and affirmation of the cultural treasure. In this occasion we must mention the cooperation with the civic sector as one of the priority goals for existence, which is demonstrated by the public announcement for submitting civic associations' projects for support to public health organizations in the Republic of Macedonia, which was how Mobimak Foundation marked the beginning of 2004.   K.B.
