A course for capacity building

"Intrak" is organizing an introductory course for capacity building that focuses on the understanding of the process of building and strengthening the capacity from organization's perspective. Capacity building occurs on different levels, on individual level, on organization level and wider in the surrounding. This course is concentrated on building the organization's capacity and offers the organizational approach in the NGO work.

The participants will acquire knowledge for: understanding how an organization functions, how it develops and adjusts to the fast and drastic changes in the surrounding, understanding similar organizations to yours, the way of work; explaining the term" capacity building"; exchange of experience; understanding the role of the western NGO/donators in building their partner's capacities.
