Good managing at the civil society organizations
The Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC) has prepared and published the guide called “Good managing at the civil society organization”, which is part of Macedonian Civil Platform working programme
The guide is a compilation of theoretical and practical questions and sample answers related to the basic principles of good managing within the civil society organizations. The guide can be used on its own or as a training material. It is this very guide that makes available at one place the most frequently used standards of good managing, primarily to the civil society organizations’ leaders.
Behavior code a self-regulatory mechanism.
The organizations that are part of the Macedonian Civil Platform have decided that the need for building partnerships means also a need for creating conditions for their continuous development and functioning. The comparative analysis is to help the development of the civil society and the civil society organizations and initiatives by creating a framework that would unite the moral standards, the accountability and the transparency of the civil society organizations.
The Center for Strategic Research and Documentation – Forum published the above-mentioned brochure.
